"Addicted" is the third single by the Canadian pop punk band Simple Plan taken from their debut album No Pads, No Helmets... Just Balls. This song is about the pain of break-up, and how the singer is totally addicted to the object of his devotion. The song could also be about unrequited love. The song has been edited in radio stations when the line "I'm addict" sounds exactly like "I'm a dick". This was the plan of the band, as they succeeded in being the first band to ever get the word "dick" on MuchMusic, and on MTV. It is featured on the Karaoke Revolution video game. (via Wikipedia)
